Lisa Edelstein is an American actor, most famous for her roles in the Fox medical drama, House. At the age of 18 years old, Lisa relocated into New York City from Wayne where she was raised according to conservative Jewish traditions. Her performance quickly made her a part of the scene of clubs in New York. The performances she gave were so captivating that local media took notice. The singer used her training in music and fame to create and star in a musical of her own, Positive Me. Soon after she was recruited by MTV to present Awake On The Wild Side. After it was taken off air, she was able to appear in TV and films beginning in roles of a short duration but then gradually becoming an actor.
